YOUTH PROGRAMMES
It is no secret that today's youths need a balance between sitting down and studying or playing electronic gadgets to being physically active, and engaged to their environment.
Western educators and more recently schools in Asia are valuing alternative education to increase the student's understanding and to learn by experiences with an objective to increase their mental capacity.
BAM's programmes are designed for youths to interact one with another to build experiences, memories and friendship that will last a lifetime.

Our programmes and activities are designed by those who have the required qualifications to run the activities and have extensive knowledge of the local area.
RISK MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY. BASE Adventure has carried out measures to minimise risk making all activities adventurous and exciting yet safe. More here.

RISK MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY is BAM's foremost priority in carrying out all our programmes and activities. Towards this end we ensure the following:
-
All group facilitators are to be First Aid and CPR Certified
-
We have a fixed staff to client ratio for every activity to ensure optimal safety.
-
All BAM's staff are trained for expected contingencies in the localised area.
-
In planning for BAM's activities, we have in place internal Safety Regulations and Standard (safety) Operating Procedure to ensure optimal care for our clients and staff. This includes a line of communication and reporting for any incidences if they occur.
