BASE ADVENTURE MANAGEMENT (BAM) was formed by like minded persons with a passion for outdoor education. They realised that there was a need for professionally run programmes while growing the pool of local facilitators, riggers and leaders.
All programmes follow a set Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Risk Assessment Management systems (RAMs) to minimise any unwanted incidents. We carry out regular equipment audits to make sure that they comply to our quality system and set industry practice and requirements.
In this respect, it is hoped that potential participants as well as their decision makers would be confident in sending their personnel to BAM's programmes.
